ISEEC Modules were developed, reviewed, and utilized in the U.S. by U.S. and GSN healthcare experts and consultants to train Healthcare Professionals for Centers of Excellence.
The CORE and Advanced Specialized Clinical Training Modules were developed in collaboration with, and using the recommendations of the: American Heart Association (AHA); American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP); American Academy of Cardiology (AAC); American Hospital Association (AHA); California Board of Registered Nursing; Life Support Associates; ER Stat; American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN); and the Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).
All ISEEC Modules exceed U.S. “Best Practices” Standards and Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) Standards. |

I. |
CORE Clinical Training MODULES |

| |
- Most Internationally trained and educated nurses go to the U.S. without basic education and training in U.S. Standards and “Best Practices” of health care. As a consequence, most of these nurses spend 18 months to 2 years in what can only be described as Extensive Orientation.
- ISEEC integrates basic education and training in International Standards and “Best Practices” of Healthcare to develop the highest quality of Nurses and Healthcare Professionals for local, national, and international employment at Centers of Excellence.
- ISEEC’s CORE Clinical Training Modules are designed to provide extensive hands-on practical use of, and experience with, the best, most modern, state-of-the-art equipment used in U.S. Hospitals

- In the U.S., to be able to work in specialized nursing areas, demonstrated expertise in advanced specialized care and Advanced Clinical Certifications is required.
- Experience, demonstrated competency and proficiency in advanced clinical skills and specialized certifications will mean a higher compensation and more opportunities for career advancement and promotion.
- ISEEC, in collaboration with U.S. accrediting agencies, including GSN, Inc. and its affiliates will provide an intensive and comprehensive hands-on training for advanced clinical specializations (e.g. ER, ICU/CCU, OR, Psychiatric Nursing, GI, OB and Neonatal Nursing, etc.) using the best, most modern, state-of-the-art U.S. equipment.

ISEEC’S CUSTOMIZED PROGRAMS AND COURSES |

1. Education, Training, and Employment Pathway (ETEP)
This packaged program includes the Review Courses, CORE Courses, Acclimation Courses, and an Advanced Specialized Course. This packaged program includes a guaranteed employment opportunity with GSN, Inc. upon satisfactory demonstration of skills and competency to U.S. Standards.
2. International Nursing Career Orientation (INCO)
This is a free orientation seminar for nurses and nursing students covering the job opportunities and career pathways available for them in the U.S.A.
3. RLE Augmentation Program (RLEAP)
A program designed to incorporate training and simulation technology into the RLE Curriculum of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program. This involves the CORE Clinical Training and the Acclimation Courses packaged for Schools and Colleges of Nursing. This program is adjunct and a follow-up to classroom instruction, related learning experience, and hospital orientation. (This packaged program supplements, but does not supplant the existing curriculum.)
4. Advanced Clinical Skills Training (ACST)
A program designed to enhance skills and provide specialty training to nurses and other healthcare professionals who desire to acquire skills inherent to quality, cost-effective, and excellent care based upon international guidelines and protocols. Adoption of this program by Hospitals, Medical Centers, and Specialty Organizations would promote internationally accepted standards of patient care, professional nursing and medical practice qualifying them for international accreditation and “Centers of Excellence” Status.
5. Emergency Medical Science Training (EMST)
This program was specifically designed for public health workers; EMT’s; Paramedics; and other uniformed personnel in order for them to excel at providing timely, quality patient care, and cost-effective management of emergencies in the community and in areas of conflict. A major portion of this program is Disaster Management, Bioterrorism, and HazMat Awareness. |

CERTIFICATIONS |

All ISEEC modules require ALL registrants to be able to demonstrate individual, personal competency on a one on one basis. For ACLS, PALS and NRP, ALL teams are required to demonstrate GROUP or TEAM competency. Only those who can demonstrate complete and thorough knowledge and competency receive U.S. Certifications from a U.S. Accredited and Licensed CEU Provider. (GSN, Inc. and its U.S. affiliates will certify nursing graduates who complete and pass each module and can demonstrate TOTAL proficiency and competency). |

All registrants who satisfactorily complete the programs and courses of ISEEC, Inc. will be given Certificates of Completion bearing the License Numbers, SEC Registration Numbers, and CEU Provider Numbers accredited by the California Board of Registered Nursing and the American Heart Association. Completion Certificates would be used to redeem License Cards and would provide Continuing Education Units upon commencement of practice in the Philippines and the United States of America. |
